deerhunter it is one of the most important things in my life so far. it will seriosly affect my adult world.
Oh and has enyone got eny idea's of how to deal with stress. latly i have been having loads of panic attacks.

Try killing things. to be honest i never suffer from stress due to ADHD, i don't know why but i went into the month before my exams calmly despite the teachers stressing the importance it should have to us, i did both my exams calmly, did both of the oral exams calmly and graduated for English with a seven, mainly due to the fact that i was too lazy to put things like when "I" was watching Terminator 2 "I" Fell asleep in caps. despite the fact that i had one of those errors in most sentences i rocked at speaking English and the multiple choice test was near flawless.
i graduated with a six . something something for Social sciences, which is decent considering that i did my paper and paper poster 24 hours before the exam, and i had to point out to the examiners that the questions they were asking weren't in the books, which got them quite pissed at the school, and gave me bonus points. Basically if you stress out, Go shoot someone in a game, go smoke a joint, a cigarette, or whatever you do to calm your nerves, and start learning.

max i also have ADHD and i will never smoke. i dont unwind while playing my games nowdays. i do get a bit deppresed.

Yeah smoking would probably be a bad thing. To be honest an ADHD trait is not losing it under pressure, so i dont understand why its giving you such a headache.
