To new joiners:
If you want to join the Sith clan, then you must play an evaluation game with one of the players whose names are stated above.
Clan applications are to include:
Desired nickname.( example: |Sith|R|Bob or |Sith|R|Cartman)
Country.(We will place a little flag of it on the members board when you join the forum.)
Which Total War Game you play.
New members are encouraged to join the forum when they are recruited. they will not be promoted and forgotten if they dont.
New members will be required to join the forum when promoted from rank 3 to rank 4. The person promoting them will be required to ensure they have joined the forum before granting their promotion to rank 4.
If you have any concerns or questions please ask any of the recruiters, whose names are stated above.
To clan members wishing to recruit:
If you want to recruit new members, Ask the High Council. you will have to meet whatever requirements the High Council has.
To clan recruiters:
It is a good idea to have a few set questions for the recruit-aspirant.
Examples:
Why do you want to join Sith?
How long have you played online?
Which clans have you been in?
What do you hope to achieve in our clan?
Do you have a history of mental issues?
What kind of music do you like? (if they say metal you know he's a good candidate.)
Furthermore you might want to have a few base requirements. such are from a quality-wise standpoint, a good idea.
Examples:
You can only get in if you win. (not recommended for high ranking recruiters as few will be able to do this. Also a single battle does not tell you everything about a players skill.)
You need to give the impression that you know what you are doing. (EG: decent micro, decent army)
If you are horrible at this game you must undergo training. (not recommended as the people that train them will not always be there)
