To new joiners:
If you want to join the Sith clan, then you must play an evaluation game with any Sith member that is rank 6 or higher, in order to be approved.
We highly advise that you first read trough the Sith Clan Information Area before posting an application. (http://www.sithtotalwar.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=39)

Clan applications are to include:
- Desired nickname. (example: |Sith|R|Bob or |Sith|R|Cartman)
- Which country and timezone you live in
- How long you have played RTW online
- (if any) What other clans you have been in before your application, and why you left/got kicked from said clans.
- Why you want to join Sith

As you may understand the Emperor, High Council and House of Lords members are not present 24/7 due to their own lives, and the fact that they possess a life which may cause promotions to be slower if you are not active on the Forum, so please remember to check in from time to time so that we may ascertain that you are not inactive.
EG: RTW Screenies, Participate in threads ETC.
If you cannot be on either RTW or the Forum due to Real Life or Technical difficulties we expect you to report this.
The Clan Possesses an Auto-Promotion system which will ensure that active members will be promoted up to rank 3 without the intervention of officers, which works based on forum activity and time served. However this does not entail that spamming in threads will get you promoted faster as time served is the more important factor in the equation, and ofcourse, spam will be deleted.
To summarize this post, good folks:
If you are not active on the Forum you will be forgotten. you may even be removed from Sith membership for inactivity. promotions and demotions are done monthly, and anyone inactive for 3 months or longer without stating a reason is demoted. This means that once you drop to R, the next month's demotion means losing member status.
