|Sith| Code Of Conduct

In general, behaviour such as Abuse, Taunting, Egotistical actions, racial or religeous abuse and Swearing will not be tolerated by the Clan high Council or other Clan members on public servers or forums or the clans private forum or teamspeak or in game lobbiesno matter what the situation.

Anyone looking to join the |Sith| are required to agree to the Code Of Conduct to be accepted into the clan. If you feel that you cannot agree to the code of conduct there are many clans within the community that have lower standards expected of their players and whom are currently recruiting.

|Sith| Player Code of Conduct

1) Members need to remember they represent the clan in their behaviour.

2) All members of |Sith| are expected to display their |Sith| tag at all times. (Unless prior approval has been granted by a High Council member)

3) Abusive, threatening, or intimidating behaviour towards others is not acceptable.

4) Foul, racist or sexist language will not be used on-line, in game, on TS, or in forums. This includes public servers, training sessions, other web sites, and in games and during times of clan wars.

5) Members will act in a respectful, friendly, tolerant, and professional manner at all times.

6) If a Member is becoming upset, angry or frustrated you are not to use text chat, VoIP or TS to vent your frustrations.

7) Hill camping, deliberate poor game tactics or disruptive annoying game play will not be tolerated.

8.) Members will not divulge any clan information (e.g. forum posts, training/strats/TS server details and passwords or strategies) to any non-full member unless authorised to do so by a High Council member.

9) The clan upholds the 100% Cheat Free Clan ideology. Cheating and/or using game exploits is not acceptable.

The clan does not consider these rules to be onerous; in fact we believe that as we are all adults/young adults and these rules are only asking that we behave like adults.

Please note that these rules are aimed primarily at the image Sith projects to the outside gaming community. Within the clans own TS channels the rules are generally much more relaxed as clan members usually enjoy a more tolerant atmosphere. We also understand that in the heat of the moment the odd outburst on TS is sometimes unavoidable. Continuous foul language though would not be looked upon favourably. In particular, some members of the clan have expressed a real offence at the use of the ‘C’ word. The clan asks for your assistance in avoiding the use of this word.

Forum Usage Policy

1) No trashing/trolling/flaming.
2) No Forum spamming.
3) No Forum adult material.
4) No abusive talk.
5) No Forum repetitive posts <--- Will be explained.

Trashing: You can't irritate people and try to get them into a 'Flaming season'.

Spamming: You can post posts that's completly irrelevent to the subject of the topic, or make posts writing only 'lol' in them, or putting just a smiley.

Adult Material: You can't show any adult material on the site, or any links to such.

Abusive talks: If you can't debate without name calling, then |Sith| isn't your clan.

Repetitive posts: NO posts concerining the following subjects:

I'm a n00b, I just joined Sith, please Train me <--- You're in the clan, to train, play with your team mates, they will try to train you before you even ask for it.

I'm leaving, I just came back.. <---An abscene thread should be made where people can make such comments to inform us.

We should declare a war on XXXX clan.. They camped in this battle <--- That ain't your decision. You can report that to the HC by a simple PM.

When should I post?

When you have an opinion about the topic being discussed. And a point to show. It would be appericiated that you try to clear the point as much as you can, put in some exambles to get the picture clearer. Try to back up your point with some evidence of truth (If possible).

What should I do to make my image better?

1) GRAMMAR! Put some grammar in your posts. A space after the comma/dot will always help people understand your point. Excuses like 'English isn't my native language' will just show you aren't trying hard. Try to work on your grammar and learn from other people's writing.

2) It's always nice to make your post bigger than your sig. So that means, either have a big sig and be up to it. Or a small one and don't have the trouble

and Finally please post in the relevant Topics that have already been created....
